I woke early this morning and went for my first workout of the day... Cardio and circuits in the gym. It feels so refreshing to have a well planned workout at that time in the morning. This evening I did day one of week 5 of Shaun T's Insanity-recovery week, I think I sweated just as much today as I did with pure cardio last week lol just warming up for phase two next week before I hit Insanity Asylum next month :)
